Flash Portrait.

Normally, I'm not one to use on-camera flash.  If you're trying to capture the nice side of your subject, it's not going to do you any good; the harsh shadows don't flatter about 99.99% of the population.  However, this time I was going for an edgier feel.  I was looking for the harsh shadows and angles they create.

I'll admit, I'm not as familiar with on-camera flash as I'd like to be, but I know enough to get by.  This portrait is simple, but I think I got the point across as much as I could.  If not, it was at least fun to experiment.

Also, props to Kathleen for allowing me to photograph her all the time.  She's not one to jump in front of the camera, but she is always gracious to me when I ask her to snap a few shots.
