It's been a while since I've been hiking, and I didn't realize how much I missed it until today. It's also been a while since I've been able to get out and take some photos. What a way to bring in the new year ;)
New York City - Fall 2011.
One of the first things we saw was an semi-interactive art sculpture. Large, solid, bent panels of steel curved in and out of a large gallery, allowing visitors to walk through the folds of the enormous metal waves. The orange color is due to the oxidation of the iron that was used.

Boston, MA.
Recently, Kathleen and I went to Boston, Massachusetts for a long weekend. We walked around the city, enjoyed some wonderful cuisine, went shopping, and of course, took a ton of pictures.
Meet Brad.
This is Brad. You can't take anything he says seriously. He "meows" and "barks" on a regular basis. I don't even remember exactly how I met him; he just appeared one day (which is definitely something Brad would do). He rides his bike everywhere, unless he's driving his old blue Volvo. And last week he was generous enough to buy me a Chipotle burrito. Thanks, Brad. You're awesome.
